Service Agreement
These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Elan Spa & Wellness for the use of our spa services, facilities, and website at our Nashik and Pune locations.
- You must be 18 years or older to book services independently
- Minors under 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
- We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion
Booking & Payment Terms
Booking Policy
- All appointments must be booked in advance
- Booking confirmation will be sent via email/SMS
- Same-day bookings subject to availability
- Group bookings (4+ people) require 48-hour advance notice
Payment Terms
- Full payment required at time of service
- We accept cash, cards, and digital payments
- Package deals must be paid in full upfront
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase date
Health & Safety Requirements
- Complete health questionnaire must be filled before first treatment
- Inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancy
- We reserve the right to decline service if health conditions pose risks
- Clients under the influence of alcohol/drugs will be refused service
- Follow all facility hygiene and safety protocols
- Report any injuries or incidents immediately to staff
Facility Usage Guidelines
General Conduct
- Maintain respectful behavior towards staff and other clients
- Mobile phones must be silenced in treatment areas
- No photography or recording in spa premises
- Appropriate spa attire required in common areas
Punctuality & Attendance
- Arrive 15 minutes before appointment time
- Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time
- No-shows will be charged full treatment fee
- Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions
Liability & Insurance
- Clients use spa facilities at their own risk
- Elan Spa & Wellness is not liable for personal property loss/damage
- We maintain comprehensive insurance for our operations
- Medical emergencies will be handled according to standard protocols
- Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant health information
Intellectual Property
- All content on our website and materials are copyrighted
- Elan Spa & Wellness trademarks and logos are protected
- Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited
- Treatment techniques and proprietary methods are confidential
Service Modifications
- We reserve the right to modify services and prices
- Facility hours may change due to holidays or maintenance
- Treatment modifications may be made for safety reasons
- Advance notice will be provided for significant changes
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be handled through:
- Direct communication with management as first step
- Mediation if direct resolution is unsuccessful
- Maharashtra state courts have jurisdiction for legal matters
- Indian law governs all aspects of this agreement
